Many people only know me as embodiment teacher & facilitator. But that is just the tip of the iceberg. I am more than a facilitator, and this space is vast in the ways it decides who to call in, and where that offer will lead.

I invite you to step into your wholeness — to reorient to, and commune with your body.
In my spaces we will learn and practice with supportive tools to magnify your connection to yourself.
This is done through compassionate honesty, and direct channeling within each session.
This is a realm where you will get dirty, and come out changed.
THE OFFER TO CHANGE
Transformation goes beyond performative aesthetics.
It is non-linear and outside the lines.
Success in this realm is measured by perceivable change, whether in effort or in stillness.
This container does not prioritize trends, perfection or choreography.
In this realm we celebrate cooperation, and traverse challenges with grace and accountability.
We do not center any apparatus as an instrument to bypass the sanity of our minds, or quality of our relationships.
My guidance not for everyone, but it is for those who consistently demonstrate a reverence for the process oriented frameworks, creativity & the humanity of others.
